Ingredients – NZ Blue Grenadier fish, (70%), batter (30%) (rice flour, tapioca starch (1412), maize flour, besan flour, potato starch, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), vegetable gum (xanthan gum)), oil blend (cotton seed , rice bran).
Cooking instructions : remove from packaging and place on a flat baking tray. Cook in the oven from 25 – 30 minutes, turn once until they are golden and crispy. Cooking times may vary
Do not thaw before cooking.
