Ingredients – gluten free pastry, eye fillet steak, pate, honey mustard sauce.

Cooking Tips – Pre heat oven 180′ (fan forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper. Use either some spray oil or a beaten egg lightly over pastry. Medium rare approx. 25 minutes. Medium approx . 30-35 minutes. let the Wellington rest for about 5 min before serving.
