Ingredients – pork, prawn, Asian mushrooms, water chestnut, sesame oil, tapioca starch, potato starch, rice flour, pepper, thickeners (1442, 415, 464), corn starch, iodised salt, sugar, dextrose monohydrate, psyllium husk, vegetable emulsifier (421).
Deep Fry – in hot oil for approx. 8 minutes or until fully cooked
Steam – Line steamer with baking paper, separately place frozen Shao Mai into steamer and steam for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
