Gluten Free Lamb Curry per kg (minimum 1 kg)

Ingredients – – lamb, water, sugar, vinegar, apple puree, modified maize starch (3545), salt, vegetable oil, cumin, fenugreek, onion, sultanas, turmeric, ginger, garlic, coriander, black pepper, red pepper.

 

Cooking tips – this is designed for a slow cooker or casserole dish in the oven. Lamb shoulder is used in this mild curry dish and we recommend cooking it in a slow cooker on low (1kg) approximately  3 -4 hours. For amounts over this a good 4 – 6 hours is even better.

You may like to add a tin of coconut cream towards the end of your cooking time (the last 15 minutes) stir through for an even creamier sauce.
