Dairy free/Fructose Friendly Gluten Free Chicken Kiev each
Ingredients – chicken breast, butter – (all from vegetable sources), sunflower oil, water, vegetable oils, salt, emulsifiers (471, sunflower lecithin), flavour, vitamins A,D, E, Australian extra virgin olive oil, garlic oil (1%). Gluten free bread crumbs. Mineral salts (451), (452), colouring (102).
We use a garlic infused oil for flavour.
Cooking tip – pre heat fan forced oven to 180′. Place kievs on baking tray, you can line with baking paper. Use a small amount of spray oil on the crumbs. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked. You can carefully turn them over after 20 minutes (optional) and let the crumbs soak up the garlic butter. Also great in the air fryer.
