Ingredients – pork cutlet, mineral salts (451), (452), gluten free bread crumb (maize starch, tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch, soy flour, raising agents (500,575), yeast, vinegar, salt), flour rice, sugar, dehydrated vegetables, hydrolysed vegetable protein, salt, herbs, vegetable oil.
Cooking tip – fill frypan with about 2cm of oil. Make sure you have your oil nice and hot before putting crumbed pork cutlet into the pan, approximately 6 minutes each side.
Let rest for a couple of minutes on paper towel. We like to use rice bran oil.
