You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes or disrupts the Website or the servers or networks that host the Website. You agree not to use, reproduce, make available, communicate to the public or commercialise any content that is published on the website. Any illegal or fraudulent activity of the Website will be a violation of the Terms & Conditions of Use.
Privacy Policy
To process transactions your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purchase product or service requested by the customer.
The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving Company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

By clicking on a third party link, you will leave the website. Brian’s Gourmet Meats does not endorse nor support the content of third party links, and is not responsible of the content of a third party website.
Ordering
Orders to be placed by 12pm the day prior to your areas delivery day
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent until we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorised and if the Minimum Quota (where applicable) is not met.
You must provide Brian’s Gourmet Meats with accurate up –to –date email, postal address and contact details.
After you have placed your order you will receive an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which products you have ordered.
We do not have to accept your order if:
We do not have the products in stock
Your payment is not authorised
You have cancelled the order in accordance with our Terms & Conditions
Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars. All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this website are only valid online at the time shown.
Brian’s Gourmet Meats accepts payment by Visa Card and Master Card and PayPal.
In the event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfil your order we may attempt to arrange an alternative item, an alternate delivery window or will provide a full refund.
If you need to cancel an order
You are not able to cancel an order through the website. You will need to cancel by replying to the confirmation email. Or contact Brian’s Gourmet Meats by phone. We would appreciate 24 hours notice where possible.
We will use reasonable endeavours to cancel or amend that Order in accordance with your instructions, provided that the order has not yet commenced being processed. However, you may be charged with the full purchase price if that Order has commenced being processed.
Delivery
Brian’s Gourmet Meats will deliver the products to the front door of your nominated delivery address.
Brian’s Gourmet Meats accepts no liability or responsibility for our products if they are not properly refrigerated by the end time of the delivery window in which it was delivered. For example, if the selected delivery window is 10am – 2pm, it is your responsibility to refrigerate your order by 2pm that day of delivery.
Brian’s Gourmet Meats use refrigerated delivery vans with our products packaged in insulated boxes designed to keep maintain the proper temperatures for up to 5.5 hours from delivery.
If you are not available when the courier delivers your order to the specified address by you, your order will be dropped off at that address. If there is no safe place for the products to be left upon delivery or the specified address cannot be accessed the courier may use your contact details to contact you in relation to your delivery.
In the event a delivered order is stolen or otherwise unlawfully removed or damaged after delivery, then Brian’s Gourmet Meats accepts no liability for that event occurring.
Refunds Policy
Please choose carefully, we do not normally accept returns and / or give refunds if you have simply changed your mind or made the wrong decision or stored the product incorrectly. Being perishable the utmost importance must be placed on prompt appropriate refrigerated or frozen storage to ensure the products shelf life.
If you do experience a problem with your order please contact Brian’s Gourmet Meats on 03 9036 2732. It is important that you notify us within a 48 hr period of receiving your order. Any issues after this time may not result in a refund or return of product. You are encouraged to check your order at time of placement carefully, and at delivery and ensure it is delivered in a refrigerated state.
Indemnity
You will at all times indemnify, and keep indemnified, Brian’s Gourmet Meats and its directors, officers, employees, agents and related bodies corporate (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001) from and against any loss (including reasonable legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) or liability incurred or suffered by you or Brian’s Gourmet Meats arising from any claim, demand, suit, action, or proceeding by any person against you or Brian’s Gourmet Meats where such loss or liability arose out of, in connection with or in respect of your conduct or breach of any Offer Specific Terms or other term or condition relating to an Offer (as specified in these Terms & Conditions of Use) or a Merchant’s standard terms and conditions and policies.
