We proudly source our beef from dedicated farmers across the Gippsland region, including Phillip Island, Leongatha, and Warragul. When you choose Gippsland natural beef, you’re supporting local farmers who are committed to raising cattle with care and integrity. We also only use female free-range sow pork from South Australia, ensuring both exceptional quality and ethical sourcing.
Why 100% Gluten Free?
Our journey to becoming one of Australia’s only 100% Gluten Free butchers began close to home. A neighbour shared how difficult it was to find gluten free options that were both safe and enjoyable for her daughter, Tayani, who lives with coeliac disease. Inspired by their story, Brian made it his mission to create a full range of gluten free products the whole family could enjoy — without sacrificing flavour.
After extensive research and testing, we sourced the finest local gluten free ingredients — from delicious bread crumbs and pastry to flavour-packed marinades. The result is a mouth-watering range of crumbed and marinated meats perfect for quick and easy dinners, made with all the taste and none of the gluten.
We’re proud to be the first butcher in Australia to be accredited by Coeliac Australia, a testament to our strict quality standards. This accreditation includes comprehensive staff training, a detailed audit process, and even laboratory testing to ensure everything we offer is 100% gluten free.
