Gluten free Dairy free Eggs free Soy free Cholesterol free oil
Pre heat to 220′ (fan forced 200′)
Place on a flat baking tray cook for 18 minutes, turn and continue for a further 10 – 15 minutes. Can be baked in an air fryer.
Do not thaw before cooking
